| LATENCY
Latency level is the time that it takes for communication to travel from any point on our network to our outbound gateways. Fireline Broadband’s average latency level is between 4-30 ms. This allows our circuits to carry enhanced services such as voice, video and data. As an added feature, we can add quality of service (QOS) to our circuits which prioritizes voice traffic before data traffic as it enters and leaves your network. This is ideal for customers using VoIP phones.
BUSINESS CONTINUITY AND REDUNDANT SERVICES
Backing up your network with a redundant circuit is critical for business continuity and disaster preparedness. Many companies try to protect themselves from downtime by installing two T-1 or DSL lines. Many people are not aware that hard wired carriers share the same conduits and wiring centers as local telephone and cable companies. If one line goes down the probability is high that the others will too. Fireline Broadband’s fixed wireless service uses a completely different network path than the traditional hard-wired services. Thus, Fireline Broadband offers multiple options and affordable ways to provide network redundancy at affordable prices. Leading companies are now using fixed wireless services as their primary connection and hard wired services at a lower bandwidth for back-up services.
Providing redundancy for your network does not have to mean doubling your network budget. Fireline Broadband offers competitive pricing so you don’t have to sacrifice performance for cost. We will meet or beat any competitor’s price! If the high cost of implementing a redundant network is keeping you from providing the back-up services your business needs, call us now. |
