  1. A service technician will come out to your office to verify that there is line-of-sight from your rooftop to a Fireline Broadband base station.
  2. A small radio unit will be installed on the rooftop using a vertical surface mount. Depending on your building, we could mount the radio on a parapet wall, a tripod or a non-penetrating sled. Special care is taken not to damage the rooftop during installation.
  3. Once the radio is mounted to the rooftop, the technician will run a cable from the radio unit through an existing roof penetration, conduit or ventilation duct down to your server room or phone closet. Our cable meets all building code requirements and standards for fire, plenum and UV. An indoor wall jack is mounted in the customers’ server room or phone closet providing low voltage power to the radio unit through the Ethernet cable. Fireline Broadband provides an Ethernet handoff which can be plugged directly into your LAN or Firewall.
  4. We Provide and Ethernet handoff. Simply plug in your network and begin using the internet.
Fireline Broadband is a licensed California contractor and is fully insured. Our insurance policy exceeds the basic requirements of most property management requirements. Individual certificates of insurance are available upon request.
